Island Fest – April 21
Ticket Pre-Order Form
Tickets can be used to buy anything and everything the night of the Island Fest. Thursday evening tickets will be 50¢. Order early and save!
To pre-order tickets, fill out and return this pre-order form below with cash or a check payable to: Field PTO. Your tickets will be sent home with your child in a sealed envelope.
Pre-orders must be turned in by Tuesday, April 19.

Wristband $5.00 (unlimited use of rock walls, bouncers)
Did you know that your tickets can be used for all games, bouncers, basket drawings, novelty shop, hair coloring, face painting, balloons, and even the pot luck jars?
Meals:
Pizza Hut will be providing cheese or pepperoni slices for $2.00. This year, you do not need to pre-order your meal!
Invite your family, friends and neighbors to join us. If you would like additional order forms, check the box below and we will send them home with your child.

POT LUCK JARS
Pot Luck Jars cost 2 tickets each. A Pot Luck Jar is any size plastic container or Ziploc bag filled with NEW treasures. For example, wrapped candy, coins, small toys, etc. We are still collecting Pot Luck Jars so please send your Pot Luck Jar to school with your child anytime between now and the Festival!
NOVELTY SHOP - - many items to choose from!
Shop early for the best selection of merchandise. Items will range between 1 and 6 tickets. Items include: dino grabber, mood rings, flying frogs, candy, jewelry, mini Frisbees and more
GIFT BASKET DRAWINGS
To participate in the drawings, please write your name and phone number on the back of as many tickets as you would like. Place the ticket(s) in the container(s) for the item(s) you would like to win. The lucky winners will be announced at 8:10 pm. You DO NOT need to be present to win!
